By completing Sano Live agency registration or using the Sano Live app, you agree to these terms of service. These terms apply to all Sano Live agents, hosts and users across India, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
As a Sano Live agent, you are responsible for recruiting hosts ethically and providing accurate information about Sano Live agency. Commission payouts are subject to host activity verification and Sano Live platform policies.
Hosts on Sano Live must comply with content guidelines, streaming rules and task requirements. Gift earnings and rewards are calculated according to the official Sano Live agency host policy. Violations may result in deduction or account suspension.
Sano Live agency processes commission and host earnings weekly. All payouts are subject to platform verification. Agent commission of up to 20% is calculated on verified host gift income as per Sano Live agency registration terms.
Sano Live agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Sano Live agent or host account that violates platform policies. Appeals may be submitted via WhatsApp to the Sano Live admin team.
Sano Live agency processes all payouts in compliance with local tax regulations across India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Hosts and Sano Live agents are responsible for reporting their earnings and paying applicable income tax. A 5% withholding tax may be deducted from commission payouts in certain jurisdictions as required by local authorities. Monthly earnings statements are provided to assist with tax filings.
