Download the official Sano application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to begin your Sano Live agency registration journey.
Create and complete your personal profile inside the Sano app to generate your unique Sano ID, the key to becoming a Sano Live agency partner.

Anti-Poaching Policy
Agencies are strictly prohibited from poaching hosts from other existing Sano agencies or encouraging hosts to migrate to competing live-streaming platforms.
Host Governance & Conduct
Agency owners are directly responsible for training, guiding, and monitoring their hosts' live content to ensure platform safety and quality standards.
Penalties & Enforcement
Violations of ethical standards or platform safety policies will result in immediate disciplinary action, ranging from formal warnings and commission freezes to permanent account termination.
To ensure active and high-performing management across Sano Live, agencies older than 30 days are automatically subjected to monthly performance reviews. A Sano Live agency will face Automated Termination if any of the following conditions are met:
Owner Inactivity
The primary Agency Owner ID fails to log in or operate for 30 consecutive days.
Underperforming Host Count
Active hosts fall below the required threshold of 5 active stream hosts.
Revenue Deficit
Total agency diamond generation falls below 200,000 Diamonds in a 30-day period.
Account Invalidation
The primary agency account receives a permanent ban due to severe policy breaches.
